12 Questions For Sir Alex Ferguson

1.Why not get something for Darron Gibson before he ends up having no value at all? Every time Darron plays he gets slower. He performs like a man smitten with a premature aging disease. Give the lad a walker and instruct him to remain in a fixed position twenty yards from the opposition goal. That way he wont get too exhausted when he takes corners and should be able to manage or two long-distance shots on goal.

2.Will Michael Owen last into March before he gets injured again? Joking aside, as hes on minimum wage and his horses win a lot, there are those of us who think hes still worth keeping because he still owns a ruthless eye for goal. and is not expensive The question becomes relevant because there are only 25 squad spots available.

3. Do we bring Danny Welbeck back? His is in form and a great partner for Asamoah Gyan and Darren Bent up front. Steve Bruce desperately wants to keep Danny around and Niall Quinn has announced to the world that the club cupboard is bare. As it doesnt hurt to keep a good relationship with Bruce and Co then if we keep Owen, then maybe they can keep Danny for the rest of the season. To bring him back and play him on the wing is a waste of time. He is 100% a centre-forward!

4.Would Sunderland do a swap deal? A straight-up swap of Sunderlands Jordan Henderson for Welbeck might go down well. Henderson has a lot of talent and moxy and can play as a long-passing midfielder or on the right wing. If Welbeck does go, Im sure United can attach a rider to the deal where we can get first refusal if the Mackems decide to sell him.

5.Is it good business to keep Patrice Evra and make him one of our top earners? He has only recently started pl! aying hi s best football recently after taking his World Cup problems with the French National Team very much to heart. If Real Madrid offer serious money for him, will the Gaffer bite?

6.Will the twins grow disenchanted if the club go out and buy a couple of new full-backs? Gregory van der Weil of Ajax and Fabio Coentro of Benfica are the two full-backs everyone seems to want. Would having two left backs named Fabio cause confusion?

7.Will the Gaffer flog Thomas Kucszak early to make a path for Anders Lindergaard, or keep four goalies through the Spring? It looks more and more like EVDS will retire, so Im sure the Gaffer will give Lindergaard his share of chances before splashing out big cash on Neuer, Akinfeyev, Adler, Lloris, Ochoa, Buffone or Steklenburg

8.If Chelsea want to dump Cech and his astronomical wages for Akinfeyev, should United go after him? If he gets his bell rung hard could it be fatal? Is he overrated?

9.What happened with Magnus Eikram? One day Im reading that hes one of Uniteds best midfield prospects ever and a natural, the next I see hes leaving with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer for Molde in Norway. Maybe we have first refusal rights for him, too.

10.Wheres Davide Petrucci? Have we signed a waking sick-note, or is he just unlucky? I saw him play twice last season and hes mustard . Very very talented.

11.If United dont sign anyone in the January transfer window, will Ravel Morrison and Will Keane get their shot? Personally, I just want to see the name Keane on a United shirt again.

12.Wheres Carlos Queiroz? Should we care if Cirro Ferrara is available? Can they do press conferences better than Mike Phelan?
