iBet: Manchester City look unlikely winners against Juventus
Europa League: Juventus V Man City (Kick off 6pm, Live on ESPN)
Lay Man City at 2 to 1 with Betfair
Tonights Europa Cup games are a bit of a minefield. With the fate of most of the teams already decided, its impossible to know what teams the managers will be putting out. Man City are through to the next phase whatever happens, and you have to wonder about their motivation for the midweek trip to Italy. Juventus must hope that bottom-of-the-group SV Saltzberg beat second placed Lech Poznan. But if they do (and they are 5-4 favourites to do so) then Juventus can go through on goal difference if they beat Man City. Given that Juventus are on a fantastic run in Serie A, have not lost a game in 16, have scored more at home than any other team in the division and have only lost one game at home all season, you have to fancy them to at least get a draw. Put it like this, how hard are Man City and Mancini going to try if they are drawing or even losing? That logic makes Man City a lay at the available odds of just under two to one . If its a draw or Juventus triumph, we win.

Im slightly embarrassed to admit that darts is one of my favourite TV sports, and for once Phil Taylor might be vulnerable in the Ladbrokes PDC World Darts Championships. A couple of months ago he was 1-3 to win but after a series of defeats hes drifted to 4-6. The mans either lost his luster or the 15x champion is now the bet of the century. However, Taylor has been experimenting with wearing glasses and has lost his Grand Prix crown to Jeremy Wade and his Grand Slam title to Scott Waites in recent weeks, so the value must lie elsewhere. You can back Wade at 9-1 and Van Barneveld at 14-1 and both are worth a small stakes bet. The drama starts today. Bring it on!
